Donna is a senior consultant with over 30 years of experience as a senior leader, consultant, coach, facilitator and adult educator. She is committed to developing the capacity of people to lead with courage and compassion and create life nurturing, high performing organizations. She coaches executives and their teams to create the changes they desire in their organizations. She skillfully integrates coaching and executive leadership development into organizational change and transition projects so that leadership capacity emerges as the organization delivers their business goals.

Donna brings an inclusive and relational leadership approach to her work and has specialized in supporting leaders to develop their cognitive and emotional capacity to lead in complexity and work with collaborative leadership. Her work incorporates leading edge methods and practices for adult development, transformational learning and group processes that lead to both individual and collective shifts in leadership and organizational results. She has worked with diverse executive and management teams in health care, science and engineering, manufacturing, education and provincial and federal governments. She has taught conflict resolution and communication at Dalhousie University Continuing Education, leadership development across Canada and coaches small business leaders for BDC.

Donna has a PhD and MA, both in Organizational Development and Change, is a Certified Management Consultant and Registered Practitioner in Dispute Resolution. She is a Newfield Certified Coach (Ontological Coaching) and International Coach Federation (ICF) Professional Certified Coach (PCC).

Donna is a Certified Practitioner at The Leadership Circle and authorized to administer and debrief The Leadership Circle Profile™ (TLC 360) and Collective Leadership Assessment™ (LCS). She also works with other assessments including the Lectical Decision Making Assessment and Reflective Judgment Assessment, Personalized Management Coaching (PMC), EQi-2.0 as well as other assessment instruments and tools. Michelle Cooper

Michelle Cooper is a senior consultant who has more than 30 experience as a senior leader, consultant, coach, facilitator and trainer. She has worked with a broad spectrum of organizations including government, health care, education and not-for-profit organizations. Her expertise is grounded in real world progressive leadership positions and continuous learning and development. Michelle specializes in leadership and organizational change, authentic engagement, mentorship and executive and manager coaching. Michelle is an Assistant Clinical Professor in the School of Nursing at McMaster University in Hamilton.

Michelle brings a holistic, adult development perspective to leadership development that grows clients’ awareness of ways of doing and being. She specializes in designing and facilitating integrated and transformational leadership development programs that work with the whole person and all intelligences and that are customized to the client context. Her approach includes action-reflection learning, using the real issues and challenges facing leaders and incorporates embodiment, presence, and practices to compliment content. The goal is to promote vertical as well as horizontal development. She supports clients to develop their creative competencies to lead effectively and authentically and to create the conditions for teamwork that enable their organizations and the individuals within to succeed and thrive in a complex and rapidly changing environment.

Michelle holds a BScN, MScN (Administration). She is a Newfield Certified Coach (Ontological Coaching) and International Coach Federation (ICF) Professional Certified Coach (PCC). She has a certificate in the Art of Developmental Coaching and Neuroscience of Change.
